Please note that the right of complaint does not cover defects in products, which are caused by incorrect use or misuse.
It is possible to return a product within 30 days from receiving date for a refund. We will refund the price at which you purchased the product, the delivery freight cost and any additional duties and/or taxes related to the delivery. Unless we made a mistake by sending you a wrong product, you must arrange and pay for the freight to return the goods.
Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Refunds for returned products will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card within two weeks of the return of the product. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
Remember to include the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund.
You have the right to cancel a purchase, even if the product has been used. A product is considered used if it has been used beyond what is possible by testing it like you would in a physical store. If the product is considered used, an assessment of what the used product can be sold for to another consumer is made. Any loss of value related to the use of the product will not be refunded.
When we have received your returned products it can take up to 3 days to process your refund. Please have in mind that it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return. We will send you an e-mail to let you know we have received and processed it. If you haven’t received your refund three weeks after returning the products, please contact customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org
If we have made a mistake with your refund we are very sorry. Please Contact Contact customer services at hello@shake-it-baby and we will sort it out for you ASAP.
