HOW DO I ORDER?
Go to Shop Snowglobes and find the products you would like to buy. When your favourite products appear, click on it and add amount to basket. When you are done with your purchases, please click on payment, and fill in all your personal contact details as well as delivery address. Please follow the purchasing guide carefully if you have any doubts or questions.
HOW CAN I SEE IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT?
If a desired item is sold out, it will appear as “sold out” in our web shop.
CAN I RESERVE A PRODUCT IF IT IS SOLD OUT?
You are unfortunately not able to reserve a product a sold our product.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
When we have received your order in our web shop, you will receive an email, which is an automated acknowledgement informing we have received your submitted order. However, this acknowledgement does not mean that we are able to deliver your order, why we reserve and explicit rights to decline your order after your have received the automatic acknowledgement. If we accept your order and are able to deliver it, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED MY ORDER/SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email: It is likely that your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Normally, orders will be sent within two working days after we receive your order, but unfortunately delays can occur. Though it is also possible that your order has been shipped and the notification wasn’t send due to technical errors. The confirmation might have ended up in your spam filter. Try to check you spam filter in your e-mail. If you still haven’t received your confirmation, please contact us. If you haven’t received an order confirmation email: Don’t place a new order until you are sure that your order didn’t go through. Otherwise you may end up with a duplicate order. If you’re in doubt please contact our customer service to verify whether we have received your order or not.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent yet. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
It is also possible to change your order as long as the following conditions are met; the amount remains the same, the amount is less than the original amount or your order has not been processed yet. Once the order is confirmed it is no longer possible to change the order.
DO I HAVE ANY WARRANTY?
Shake it Baby offers a 1 year warranty due to Dutch law and regulations covering manufacturing and material defects identified during its normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. You should therefore check the goods upon receipt and contact Shake it Baby within 48 hours if you find any flaws. The product can be returned for exchange for a new product or you can get your money back by transaction to your bank account and card on which you made the purchase with. Please remember to send the receipt with the damaged item.

HOW ARE YOUR DELIVERY TERMS?
We will ship to the address you have enter in the order form, however, please be aware that we do not deliver to any post box addresses.
HOW LONG TIME WILL IT TAKE FROM MY ORDER CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED TILL I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED?
As soon as you have received our order confirmation by email, we will proceed your order and prepare it for delivery.
1-5 working days inside of EU and 7 working days to the remaining destinations.
ARE THERE ANY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?
Please be aware all orders to be sent out side of EU, will contain charges of customs and import duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

We accept Ideal,Visa, Mastercard,. We will charge no credit card fees.
WHICH CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT IN THE WEB SHOP?
Products can be purchased in EUR. EUR are including Dutch VAT except when purchasing for countries outside of EU.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
If you’ve got an authorised card the payment will be withdrawn from your account when we ship your order. When we have received your payment successfully you will receive a confirming e-mail. It is not possible to charge a higher amount than the one you have approved. If you’ve got an unauthorised card, the payment will not be taken. Should this happen we will send you an e-mail, to let you know that your card issuer or bank wouldn’t authorise the payment. Even if a payment isn’t authorised, it might look like Shake it Baby has still charged your money as some card issuers may still reserve the money, but only for a short period of time.
MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN DECLINED?
Please check the following: Your bank or card issuer may have declined your payment. We do not get any information from them related to the reason or course, so please check with your card issuer. Make sure you have entered the security code correctly (It’s the three digit number on the back of your card in the bottom corner.) If you are still having problems please contact our Customer Service and we'll try to help you as soon as we can.
